Pontoons
There is one incoming and one outgoing pontoon in the rowing regatta zone (Lim bay).
Ergs
Ergs for training, warm-up and cool-down are provided by VK Arupinum and are in rowing regatta zone (Lim Bay). The equipment can be used during the opening hours of the accreditation center.
BOAT RENTAL BY ROWING SHOP
Top-quality rowing boats for regattas, built from the most modern
materials! The Rowing shop company will be present at the international long-distance regatta Istria Rowing Cup from 25 to 28 February 2026 with its professional service and competent staff.
The offer includes well-known brands in the rowing world such as TAKE IT TO WIN, NIELSEN KELLERMAN, CONCEPT2, BRAĆA SPORT, SWIFT BOATS, NELO, MARTINOLI. They are also distributors of the companies POLAR, COMPEX, GARMIN, RESTPRO.
The Rowing shop will offer the possibility of booking a boat upon request, no later than 20 February 2026, with personal advice during the regatta.

Accreditation date and time
All participants (rowers, coxes, helmsmen, coaches, exhibitors and officials) are required to register upon arrival and wear accreditation at the competition venue.
The accreditation process takes place at the accreditation center in the rowing regatta zone (Lim Bay).
The accreditation center’s opening hours are as follows:
- Wednesday – 25.02.2026. from 13.00-17.00
- Thursday – 26.02.2026. from 13.00-17.00
- Friday – 27.02.2026. from 8.30 am
- Saturday – 28.02.2026. from 8.00 am

Entries are to be submitted online at https://hvs-regis.furkisport.com/ , latest on February 4, 2026. Teams from abroad that do not yet have username and password for Croatian Rowing Federation Registration system have to request it via email: marin.furcic@furkisport.hr
Registration can be done exclusively online on the official web site: www.istriarowingcup.com (in the REGISTRATION category)

Recording
Participants are allowed to record their own regatta.
Awards
Medals will be awarded to the first three places in each category. The first place winners in each category will additionally receive special prizes from the sponsors
All participants in the exhibition race will receive special prizes from the sponsors.
By registering for the regatta, competitors and their entourage give the organizer permission to record them.
The use is solely for the purpose of promoting the regatta and the organizer.
