Pontoons

There is one incoming and one outgoing pontoon in the rowing regatta zone (Lim bay).

Ergs

Ergs for training, warm-up and cool-down are provided by VK Arupinum and are in rowing regatta zone (Lim Bay). The equipment can be used during the opening hours of the accreditation center.


Accreditation date and time

All participants (rowers, coxes, helmsmen, coaches, exhibitors and officials) are required to register upon arrival and wear accreditation at the competition venue.

The accreditation process takes place at the accreditation center in the rowing regatta zone (Lim Bay).

The accreditation center’s opening hours are as follows:

  • Wednesday – 24.02.2027. from 13.00-17.00
  • Thursday – 25.02.2027. from 13.00-17.00
  • Friday – 26.02.2027. from 8.30 am
  • Saturday – 27.02.2027. from 8.00 am

Registration

Entries are to be submitted online at https://hvs-regis.furkisport.com/ , latest on February 11, 2026. Teams from abroad that do not yet have username and password for Croatian Rowing Federation Registration system have to request it via email: marin.furcic@furkisport.hr 

Registration can be done exclusively online on the official web site: www.istriarowingcup.com (in the REGISTRATION category)

Entery fee includes

  • participation in a rowing regatta
  • boat racks and stands (under 24-hour surveillance for safety measures)
  • boat race number
  • information material
  • attendance at the closing ceremony and announcement of the winner of the regatta
  • socializing with VIP rowers
  • available photo gallery of the rowing regatta
  • use of the tracks for free training on 24 and 25.02.2027

Recording

Participants are allowed to record their own regatta.

Awards

Medals will be awarded to the first three places in each category.

By registering for the regatta, competitors and their entourage give the organizer permission to record them.
The use is solely for the purpose of promoting the regatta and the organizer.
